So we are out at the beach again the other day and I say to Blaise "we are going to learn how to surf". He was all excited and just started jumping around in the sand. It was a playday so we didn't have the surfboard. Anyway, here is his "push up on the board" pose. I will have to get a video camera to capture all of his "groovy moves"!!

Surfer Training

Hey, I do that move as a back stretch. Feels great for the lumbar spine! Who knew I was training for a career in professinal surfing!
